Active Membership. Who can join?
Any full-time, sworn law enforcement officer with arrest power who is employed by a government entity may become a member of the Fraternal Order of Police.

Associate Membership. Who can join?
Associate Membership in Thomas Pangborn Lodge #88 shall be defined as any responsible citizen, with no criminal record, and upon the recommendation of at least one (1) active member in good standing in the Lodge, who shall contribute twenty dollars ($20.00), and receive the approval of the membership of the Lodge, shall be enrolled as an Associate member of the Lodge. Five dollars ($5.00) of this contribution shall go to the Lodge Death Benefit Fund.
